fenlings After seeing the Star Wars, I am just a mess of Luke feelings.
The film itself was really good! The only weakness was that sometimes people didn't communicate their plans to others for no good reason. (The annoying Admiral, and Luke, with their secret plans to distract from the escape - without telling people the plan!) But the writing and plot tied everything together in interesting ways.
Everyone's characterization was very themselves, and it was way more hilarious than I was expecting. (Yoda!)
Also Poe, my darling. <333 The Poe and Leia relationship. <333
And Leia was badass.
But Luuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuke. He was such a whiny brat with terrible hair as usual, I love him.
Remember when after Episode I there were all those forceghost!Qui-Gon fics? (Which, lol, kind of came true in Episode III.) I guess we can do the same after this episode. But I just really want Luke to be here on this plane. I guess there's no reason he can't come back, if Daniel Jackson can do it!
