So. I was watching a few Shounen Clubs. I still can't really get into the Juniors, though Question? is an awesome mini-TOKIO and KisuMai is turning out REALLY HOT, despite the lame name. I know they're supposed to be KATTUN clones, but I actually think they're hotter than KATTUN *now* because they're not so caught up in their own images. And that Senga is hilariously flaming. And underage. WHAT.

But you know who was there the last few times: Takki and Tsubasa. Who I'm not really a fan of, per se, but I am fond of. (And of the Kamen PV!)

And after watching more footage of them recently, I've revised my earlier opinion that they don't seem that close. Their reactions to each other are so muted sometimes I think because the reactions are so real that they're afraid to show that emotion in public. That's even what one of the Juniors said gave away Tsubasa-in-disguise.

But I watched a clip of them singing "Aishiteiruze" (AND BY THE WAY, IF ANY ONE HAS A CLIP OF THE KURICON PERFORMANCE WHERE TAKKI PROPOSES MARRIAGE TO TSUBASA IN THAT SONG, I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THAT.). I watched Tsubasa be Tsuyoshi's bitch on Shoujiki Shindoi Johnny's Special (which I couldn't watch past where Tsuyoshi embarrassed himself being an ass and no one showed up to his party wah. I can't believe this dude was just about to act so sensitive in Home Drama.). I watched some of the "Doctor" character Tsubasa has going on. (So cute.) I watched some more of Tsubasa's *hips*. And Tsubasa has started looking a lot less straight. And a lot more like this. WIFE. (Also their gift-giving, compared to Kinki. Wow.)

But the 07.10.07 Shounen Club. Oh my God. I really do almost believe now that T&T are in love in real life, not just in our fics. The whole Find T&T in Disguise thing was HILARIOUS. But the best part was, when asked to say what Tsubasa disliked about Takki, Tsubasa was like STOP CHEATING ON ME YOU H0R. (He literally says "When he falls in love with people other than me. I'm really sad. I want him to look at me more." ::pets Tsubasa::) And then Takki was like TSUBASA LOVES TAKKI. HE DOESN'T DISLIKE ANY PART OF TAKKI. (Cue the squealing and laughter from all the girls in the audience, the Juniors, and me.)


But fear not that I forget the Kinki love! I'm still watching Kinki dramas and going through the motherload that is this clubbox. Also this MC is officially my favorite Kinki moment. Except for this one. And this one. Oh shut up. And I noticed that while younger Tsuyoshi used to be the one teasing Koichi and everyone about their Gay Love, and also kissing all the boys, later he seems to be the one always putting limits on their relationship and looking uncomfortable and reminding people that he likes girls. Despite Nakai trying to smush Kinki together all the time on Utaban. Man I have got to watch more Nakai. I love him. While Koichi just continues to glomp Tsuyoshi and give him that melting smile like always. ANYWAY I LOVE THEM BOTH. But I don't think that they're really *together*. At least not anymore. Though I frequently like to delude myself. (All that constant repetition of "We don't see each other in our private lives!" may be kind of protesting too much however?)

So it's a nice relief to see T&T, who not only love each other, but *want* to be with each other and seem to have less issues than Kinki. (But issues=angst and complication. Which is also good! ::clings::)

I think this Shounen Club episode has succeeded where all those pimping posts and all that attempted self-pimping has failed. I think I really can call myself a T&T fan now. Wheeeee!

God, I love reading these posts of yours! It's like most of the fun of watching these things without any of the time and effort!
