Hm, I'll have to listen to them all again. I'm not really into their music, plus I'm a relatively new fan, so I know more individual songs than the historical context of albums. And their songs do grow on me usually, but I'm not into the poppy easy listening sound of some of them. But of course, my ideal album would be a good story album or one written by Kinki.

Ahahaha. It's in Tsuyoshi's Favorite and all but... I actually stumbled upon this song many years ago without knowing who they were, and it made me NOT want to find out. ^^0 Well, my loss as it turned out, LOL, but... yeah. Partly the Engrish too probably.

I also feel the general lack of impact of this album, though to be fair, maybe because those that do leave strong impressions are already released as singles? Other than those, Kaze no Sonet as you said is beautiful, and Houseki has the 'vaguely middle eastern instruments' sequence that I like.. Comparably, their previous albums did have stronger non-single tracks I guess.

Haha, Tsuyoshi didn't do Tsukiyo with the crotch grab, he just did... many other performances with it! They've become associated in my mind! Though with Higashiyama and Koichi's impersonations of Michael Jackson, I suppose I shouldn't be surprised at Koichi's crotch grab. But even MJ did it more spontaneously, like Tsuyoshi does.
